Dinner Trays are perfect to complete your relaxing stay. This light dinner consists of:
- One Pound Large Cocktail Shrimp & Sauce
- A Plate of Cheeses & Fruit
- A Loaf of our Sourdough Bread
$35.00 + tax
Delivered to your suite or cottage.

Intimate Inn Room Dining
Available Friday and Saturday Evenings at 6:45 p.m.
For that very private dinner for just the two of you, what could be better than a piping hot dinner ready for you to pick up and enjoy at your leisure in your cottage or suite! Now at Shiloh Morning Inn, you can enjoy this service.
Dinners include a garden fresh salad with delicious dressings, the entree from the list below, veggies of the day, a loaf of our homemade bread, and a homemade dessert.
Dinners include a complimentary carafe of wine for each person, or for those who prefer, freshly brewed iced tea.
Following are the menus available, and as always, since only one menu is prepared each evening, the first couple to make a reservation gets to select.
$50 per couple + tax
Reservations must be received 2 days in advance.
Pecan Encrusted Trout Fillets
Boneless Rainbow Trout fillets drenched in clarified butter, coated in a crushed pecan coating and oven baked.
Oven Roasted Quail
Brushed with butter and oven roasted to a crispy golden brown. Two butterflied quail per person.
Roasted Cornish Game Hens
A whole hen per person, halved, basted in sweet creamery butter, oven roasted, and served on a bed of long grain & wild rice
Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Vermouth Sauce
Each tenderloin (one per couple) is rubbed with our special blend of spices, grilled over high heat to sear in the juices, then slow roasted in the oven.
Baby Back Ribs
After rubbing with our special combination of spices, Bob smokes the ribs for 3 hours, using dark beer for the moisture in the smoker. The slabs then are slow oven roasted and basted with our own tangy barbeque sauce until they are "falling off the bone" tender.
Beef Tenderloin
Whole (8-10 oz.) beef tenderloin, rubbed with our special seasonings, then grilled outdoors, and served with a red wine mushroom sauce. A beef lover's delight!
